The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, cookware, and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay (please note that a microwave and dishwasher are not included). The bathroom includes a modern shower, toilet, washing machine, and hair dryer. A cozy private balcony adds a pleasant space to enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks. The apartment is located in a residential area of Prague. For convenience, there is a Lidl supermarket right in the building, and a coworking space nearby makes this an excellent option for remote workers. A tram station within walking distance provides easy access to the city center, historic landmarks, and vibrant neighborhoods filled with restaurants, cafes, and nightlife. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after each stay. This profound cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority! Please be aware that if your reservation exceeds one month, a cleaning fee of €40 will be charged every month. This fee covers changing hotel-quality linens and towels and has to be paid before check-in. If you require additional cleanings during your stay, the same fee will apply. However, check-out cleaning is included in your stay at no extra cost. Welcoming package of: - Hair & body shampoo and hand soap - Washing tablets for the dishwasher, sponge, and paper towels - Toilet paper (please note that a limited quantity is provided at the start of your stay) Please note the city tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night if your stay lasts less than 60 days. If your stay is longer, you do not need to pay the city tax. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
